Can I claim Exemption under section 54

I had two residential house property named Property A bought in 2013 and B in 2018 .

Property A bought in the year 2013 and sold in the year 2022 and Bought new property( named property C) in the same year( 2022) and claimed the exemption.

In the year 2023 I am selling property B which is bought in 2018.

shall I claim the capital gain arising out of sale of property B against purchase of property C. ( Fullfilling the condition of property purchased before one year )
