I have received the confirmation for availability of company name after filing form 1A. In that form, I had written authorised capital of Rs1 lac. So my letter also mentions authorised capital at Rs 1 lac.
But now i realize that i should have set the authorised capital of Rs 5 lacs as it does not add to my cost. So can I change my authorised capital now itself to Rs 5 lacs in Form 1?

Yes, you can increase the authorised capital to Rs.5 lacs while filing company incorporation documents i.e. Form 1, 18, 32 etc.

Dear Abhay,
Form 1 shud be filed with authorised capital of Rs. 1Lac only in ur case..
For making it Rs.5lacs, follow the procedure to increase the authorised capital but after incorporation of the company..
