company being a artificial judicial person can buy and hold property in its name. hence Residential property can also be held by the company and director can enjoy it. A considerable amount can be charged to the director or can be given as a perq.

A pvt. company can buy a residential property in it'sown name. It can give it for accomodation to its director. Please check whether any FBT is applicable. Also Please check from any other tax issue applicable. Post this query in Tax section.

This is a well settled law that the company is a legal person in the eyes of law, thus fully capable of owning the property in its name. Thus there is not doubt on the fact that the company can own any property in its name. Further ,directors may be allowed to enjoy such property of the company  and they may be charged something for that or it may be allotted to them as House facility.

Dear sir,I wish to buy a propery in the company name with funding from my friend he is not director of the company But i wish add him director or shareholder of my company before buying property with his investment please guide me and help me to draft property registeration document format

Yes a company can buy and hold property in its own name since it is an artificial judicial person.
