Hi everyone I am a ca final student and have joined industrial training before 1 month but now i wants to go back as i need to go England for complete supply chain management course and training for the same. till now i am not registered for this industrial training even didn't submit the form 109 for transfer. for supply chain management training i already have a permission of ICAI. But i am worried about this fact that whether my employer can make a complaint to ICAI against me as i am breaking this contract . Please guide me how can i break this contract.???

Thanks

Technically, if u haven't submitted any papers to icai, icai assumes u r still working as article not as a industrial trianee, so it will not be a problem if u leave training, as it will go unnoticed, but if u have signed docs and gave it to ur new employer, better request him to back those agreements
