After my wife's death, I filed her return by being Legal heir.
In the next year, bank deducted TDS from her account on FDs.
Now can I again file her return by being Legal heir to claim the refund on TDS ? And what is the procedure

Yes........... actually, you remain legal heir till everything gets settled.......
Register as representative assessee of such person & then file return on his behalf.
