YES you can avail ITC if under One GSTIN

You can register in old scheme as you can aviial attempts till 2020 you need to go your nearest ICAI bhawan and have yours doubts cleared.

I have same problem and according to the BOS announcement 2 nd July clarified that we can register CA final in existing scheme till 1 St sep but wanted to know whether it is online mode or offline ?

if you want to get in old course then only offline mode and old form with dd will be submitted

I submitted the form on 9th aug till date I didn't got any letter and I also checked in icaireprint letter no registration certificate is available For examination purpose date is of registration is required how to proceed further? Have you got final registration letter?
