If an employee is transferred from one co. to another under the same management,then the gratuity regarding that employee which was provided in the earlier co. can be transferred to the new company or the co. has to pay to employee before leaving?

Can Gratuity be transferred from one sister co. to another?

As per u r question answer is when a employee transferred from one co. to another sister concern co. under the same management.
The Management decide about what do about gratuity, if he given and not transferred in account then not any effect in employee because gratuity received earlier employer or more than one employer maximum exemption is Rs. 3,50,000
