can downloaded form 108 be used ?

Yes ! downloaded form can be used by the students.

and ! by the way .

form 108 is to be submitted in triplicate.

and institute gives only one copy when u collect from there , and will ask you get the two photocopies for submitting.

Rather , you use printouts only.

and the tripiclicate copies means >>> one for institute , one for article and one for your principle.

and very very important >>>>>  Do nor forget to submit the CC od form 119.

it is be to be submitted winin 15 days of expiry of aricleship.

There is no difference between downloaded form & one collected from ICAI regional office.

You have to just fill it up & submit the saem in Triplicate to ICAI.

The form no 108 is not pre numbered.

I have also submitted the downloaded form ICAI site.

my problem is that in ignorance i had submitted a single copy of  form 108 to the institute instead of 3 copies.

now what i do?????????????????

Dont Worry Miss kavita !!

it is said to be in tripicate only.

however, in reality number of (three) copies are as under.

1) first one for the institute

2) Second, for your principle i.e CA.

3) and the third one for article i.e yourself.

so dont worry ,                (and i have got my articleship completion certificate, )

YES.......U CAN DOWNLOAD FORM FROM ICAI WEBSITE ,  FILL IT  & SUBMIT THERE.....

may i know how much time takes to get  articleship completion certificate.

Dear Kavita,

It may take 20 to 25 days to get ur article completion certificate.  Moreever,u may contact with the concerned regional office in this respect if nt received within such time period.

 As per institute's rule,  it takes avrage 45 days.

but in reality ! it comes not before 60 days and not later than 90 days.

howevr, you can start asking for it after end of 30 days.

after 30-40 days,( rather than asking on telephone/through Email)   directly go to the institute , stand in fornt of her/him, and ask him/her.

if all formalities will be over by then , then she/he will give u immediatly there , the two copies (1 for u and 2nd for ur CA) and will take your as acknowlegement.

You were supposed to get it done at the time of submtting of form only.

But still you can do thing,

first let me know whether , did you take acknowlwdgement in any mean/form/type for the receipt of you form 108 ????

you can write a simple appliacation letter to article section, asking for photocopies , of you form 108, with acknowledgements on it.

some problem for filing from 108 contents
