I would like to share that our LLP firm has recently got registered under start-up India. Please let me know whether DIPP certificate can be carried forward to private limited company in case if we convert LLP to private limited company.
I think it will be carried forward for the rest of years left after conversion into Pvt Ltd.. because some body may misuse this provision by converting existing unit in to LLP/Pvt Ltd. at the end of the expiry of tax exemption period to get the exemption for more years.
