no, depreciation can not be claim in case of sub letting of property.

Income from sub letting is comes under or taxable under the head of income from other source. Income from house property is calculated only by the owner of the property. Income from sub letting is other source of income for the lessee. Also, please feel free to call me for more information on 9867427268.
