I HAVE GOT GST NO. UNDER COMPKSITION, THEN CAN I GET RENT INCOME

IN SHORT SERVICE PROVIDER CAN GO FOR COMPKSITION?????

The eligibility for service supply exemption upto 5 lakhs is under review after 23rd GST Council meeting.

But,
As per my view...
The 5lakhs exemption for who can make Sales and related service activities only. It's not common provision...

*This provision will immensely help small computer shop operators and dealers involved in providing services along with sales of product.

If You are get Rental Income then It's taxable under GST. Also You can't opt Composition Scheme...

Advisable to "Opt Out from Composition Scheme".

My business turnover is below 30 lks,what is advisable for me, if i transfer shop to my wife then what will happen? She has no other income. She is not registered under gst then what
