Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies whether a private company can file its AOC4 and MGT7 forms before holding its Annual General Meeting (AGM). The consensus is that these filings are typically linked to the AGM date and cannot be submitted beforehand. While some initial advice suggested it might be possible with later account approval, the general understanding based on Sections 92 & 137 of the Companies Act is that the AGM date is a prerequisite for filing these forms.

Should be filed within the period of 30 and 60 days, respectively from the date when the Annual General Meeting
