GRN is Goods Received Note.

Minutes of board meeting contains the details of meeting

- Date

- Venue

- Time

- No. and name of directors and other persons by whom it was attended

- Absentee

- Proxy details

- Business transacted

- Details what has been discussed and wat has been said by directors and points on which resolution has been passed.

- Points agreed by special resolution

- Accept the last meeting minutes

- Signature of the chairman

Minute book is nthg but minute are prepared on sheet and arranged in file that is called minute book.  Generally, minutes are prepared by the Company Secretary. For GRN its goods receipt note which has been prepared by stores deptt. on receipt of goods.
