I had never worked in pure working capital finance operation. Can anybody tell me in simple form about the formality required for bank loan in a corporate and what are the checks and applications required for future compliance. Please update me also the accounting standard (AS 32) relevant disclosure in simple form for this only. Please update me the risk factors and the steps needed to guard those factors.
