what do you mean .. CFA in India ... You mean the scope of CFA in India or doin CFA from India..

In India, CFA is offered by ICFAI...the scope is that you can get into equity research etc. apart from CFA one can also do different certifications which can also add value to ur CV and would cost less in terms of money and time..
IN MY OPINION U SHOULD GO FOR CFA PROVIDED BY USA . IT HAS COME TO INDIA ALSO. IT IS A WORLD RECOGNISED DEGREE .
I do agree with dheeti , cfa from usa is best while cfa from Icfai is entangled with so many disputes and I visited icfai website and got that they have stopped using name cfa for their course instead they are offering MIFA a changed name for cfa....exams of cfa are taken in INDIA now .... please visit cfa website for more info on exam centre in India....
