Is an LLP free to do financial activities like lending or borrowing, without the permission of RBI, does the provisions of Section 45I of the RBI Act also apply on LLP's or not...... can an LLP be considered as a Corporation ?

there is no prohibition on LLP for carrying on financial activities but as a measure of precaution before initiating any such activities it is advisable to contact RBI
LLP cannot do financial activities
Can you please quote the provisions and enactment ?
