Can an exsting 100 eou with stpi now get a new sez unit set up and claim tax benefits
Sir,
Companies registered with STPI as 100% EOU can now start new SEZ unit in the same name, with same board of directors etc? and can we transfer employees from old company to new company?

Couldn't get ur query....on changing the company and employees. You can always surrender your STPI license before the expiry date and change premises to SEZ requirements for SEZ reg.
