Yes, but have to obtain prior hand consent from the members for the same and at least 95% of the members should have consented to it.....refer sec 101 of the CA 2013 for the same.....

Also submit the shorter notice consent with the annual filing forms.....

Yes, but pl also keep in mind that Sec.136 requires accounts to be circulated to members at least 21 days in advance.  There is no provision for shorter period for that.
