Can agm notice be sent by general post or courier

Notice is given either in writing (mode of dispatch may be Registered Post/ Speed post/ Courier) or by electronic mode.

A notice may be sent through e-mail as a text or as an attachment to e-mail or as a notification providing electronic link or Uniform Resource Locator for accessing such notice.

The e-mail shall be addressed to the person entitled to receive such e-mail as per the records of the company.

Yes ,any mode can be used read in conjunction with AOA , Generally companies use custom practices in AGM which is more than required by law ,however ,if any shareholder request for particular mode for delivery of notice then it will be send through that made except meeting called at shorter notice
