Can acknowledgment number be used if LUT no is not given

My employer is in exports business, for 20-21, we applied for LUT and got the acknowledgment number. Due to the covid pandemic, LUT NLno havent been sanctioned. Can we use ack no for reference or old LUT as per the not. No. 35/2020 dt 03.04.202 for further transactions?

Acknowledgment no is Lut no. mam. U can use it.
