I want to know can a full time working person be enrolled as a partner of a CA firm. If yes, what this fact will be drafted in the partnership deed?

If he perform as partner than can be possible otherwise not.
U mean that for a partner there is no restriction to engage in service if he/she is making contribution to the firm in some way?

Yes he certainly can be admitted as a partner. His contribution to the firm can be in any form.
