ABC Pvt. Ltd. is a software firm and involved in various software development, sales, services, hardware, as well as education and training, now ABC Pvt. Ltd. wants to creat a wholly owned subsidiary, namely XYZ Pvt. Ltd. that will conduct all the training activities of ABC Pvt. Ltd.
My question is after formation of the subsidiary company, can XYZ Pvt. Ltd. use the same business premises of ABC Pvt. Ltd. or does XYZ Pvt. Ltd. needs to take a different office premises and need to obtain a completely new trade license under the name of XYZ Pvt. Ltd.?
