A MAN WHO DOING BUSINESS AS SOLE PROP. AND SAME PERSON HAVE A EMPLOYEE IN OTHER LIMITED COMPANY. IT IS RIGHT OR WRONG.

IT Depends upon the company rules and regulation in which he is employed. Many companies while joining take a declaration from employees that he and his family will not start or do any business or the same business in which he is employed parellely
