I just want to know whether a QUALIFIED CA can act in MOVIES . . .
Is it permitted by ICAI if a Chartered Accountant wishes to be a film artist.
and if so
is it the same case with a Practising CA . . .

But He should not disclose, his firms name in the Film, It tantamounts to Professional Misconduct as per Clause 7, Part-1 , First schedule.

Prior permission of Institute may be necessary for engaging in other profession.
i think satish shah is also a CA. he must have taken permission though.
I think Prior Permission from ICAI is Compulsory. but not sure yar
