Can a pvt ltd do the hire purchase of vehicles with out the any licences.

Customer purchase the vehicle from any dealer with the help of us we will do the hire purchase agreement with customer and fund will be released to dealer and emi will be collected on our platform.

a pvt limited company can carry on hire purchase business provided tcritical.he restrictions are very critical.

As Mr. Chirag has mentioned above, Company shall obtain prior approval from RBI and register with it as a NBFC-Asset Finance Company (AFC).
