Quick Summary
A Private Limited Company can become a partner in a partnership firm as it is a legal entity under Indian law. Board resolution is generally passed (not mandatory filing with ROC). Company liability remains limited to its contribution, while directors are not personally liable unless negligent.

Some one please share the board resolution to enter into a partnership agreement by Private limited co. under Companies act, 2013

Hello Ms. Neha,

I understand its an old post. However, I had a related doubt and was wondering if you'd be kind enough to entertain the same.

If a Private Limited Company becomes a partner in a partnership firm and is working in the Firm through its authorized person (director lets say), can it draw a salary as a partner from the said firm? If not, how else can it receive money from the partnership firm?
