Can a person be nominee and member of different OPC.

Mr A is the sole member of a OPC and also the nominee in other OPC .
Is this valid??

No it will be invalid he can be either nominee or a member at a time

Asper company act 2013 a person can be member or nominee at only one opc.
so a person con't be nominee and member of different opc.

Yes according to co. act 2013 a person can be a nomineeand member of a different opc

Yes a person can be nominee and a member of different OPC but not a member of 2 OPC at the same time.
