I am a NRI, my child and wife lives in India. I dont have PPF account, can I open a PPF account on behalf of my child(minor) and save 1.5 lac/yr in the account? I want to be gudarain for the ppf account. Can I?

No use becuz you will get interest rates equal to a post office deposit rate since 2018. If your interested you can pursue and open an account, but one should be in india to open the account,
