Non resident is selling property in Bangalore. He wants to have a lower deduction certificate for TDS deduction. He also has some rental Income. Can i apply being his CA from Delhi form 13 online. If yes what is the process , timelines and complications.
is this only applicable for sale of property ?
Please clarify if Non resident PAN holder can apply lower deduction certificate for Sec 195 related deductions (Royalty, FTS etc)
