Can a Non practising CA provide Consultancy Services to a XYZ Website which offers Chargeable services to end customers?
1) XYZ Website provides Services viz. Filing of Income Tax Returns, Consultancy Services to the end customers. Such website recruits professionals (COP or Non - COP) and pays on project basis. Is it valid on the part of the CA accepting the assignment?
