Minor is incompetant to enter into any contract as per contract act, and so agreement to purchase immovable property by entering into agreement...
So, agreement to purchase the property Is invalid...

but what if the in the name of minor there is a lot of funds , for which property can be brot   ,

cant  the natural guardian or so, can buy in the name of minor , til he attains majority ,

does this means, there isnt been any case in india , where a property has been brot in the name of minor.

plsss replyyyyy

Plz see the case k.balakrishnan vrs m.kamlam AIR REPORTED 2004, SEE SEC122 TP ACT . MINOR CAN BUY A PROPERTY BECAUSE under sec 7 of tp act sale of minors property is invalid without court permission but nothing written to prevent a minor to be a purchaser and about contract act when the natural guardian is alive he can do all the act for benefits of minor .
According Sec 7 of tp act minors property cannot sell without previous permission of court and nothing prevent a minor to be purchaser sir for example .K . Balakrishnan vrs M. Kamlam AIR 2004 reported. As per Hindu guardian and wards act natural guardian do all act as per benefit of minor
