Hey friends..
CAn a member of icai( a CA), who does not have cop.
but makes income tax returns etc. sign on the computation of total income working,P&l, balance sheet , etc.
Atleast can we do certified true copy stamp?
and what will be the format of such stamp?

If you talking about Tax Audit, a CA not having COP can't do Tax Audit at all & he can only check accuracy of Tax Computation or gives advice but can't put his initials at all.
There is no format of stamp prescribed by Institute, any format can used as per taste of mamber
He Cannot Sighn.
