Can a full time employee also be an internal auditor of a company.
Can a Chief Accountant of a Company who is a full time employee of the Company, can be appointed as an Internal Auditor u/s 138 of the Co. Act 2013.

this is written in law and i read it..
if you have a still doubt then other smart way..
Hire that chief accoutant as internal auditor and terminate employee-employer relationship. (this is long way and it has its own benifits like far lower tax for that chief accoutant!! if you can get it.)
