Can a ca son of a trustee audit a charitable trust?

Hi,

If your father is the trustee of the charitable trust. you cannot audit the charitable trust.

Experts If i am wrong pls correct me.

Any particular section in Bombay Public Trusts Act which deals with this? If what you're telling is true, Is there any work-around for the same?

if his father is a member of the trust, can a son (who is a CA) can do audit of such trust

He should be allow, because CA is independent body and he is excersing his knowledge to do the audit. 

and he also giving true and fair picture of financial statement.m 

Also ICAI must be think on the same and allow CA to do audit of relative.
