Can a ca provide outsourcing activities

Hi, I am thinking of applying for a certificate of practice and registering a proprietorship firm. I would like to know if i can provide outsourcing services to companies who are want to hire employees on a short-term/long-term basis. Can i enter into an agreement with these companies with respect to the employees hired by me who would be working on their premises on a temporary/ permanent basis. Is it under the ethics of the CA code of conduct. Also can anyone provide me with a draft for one such agreement.
