What is an open interview? If you are not shortlisted, can u go for open interview?

helo.
plz anyone tell me about new user registration at www.cmii.icai.org. actually i hav clear ca final on this june09 attempt. i am trying to register for campus but when i submit the reg form msg shows that i am already registered. but i have not applied for that befor and no code is issue to me.
what should i do now?
