For facing campus placment u need to complete Articleship training along with GMCS.

Apart from this u need not to require membership no.for campus hiring.....

Me is the example of this kind of issue.

follw the below link to get the details regarding last date of articleship or GMCS training for campus participation. Its related to Campus held in August September 2012. For March 2013 campus you will have to wait till the results of Nov 12 are declared

Registration for May 2012 Examination candidates, closed on Oct 1 2012 .

and the candidate did not register..is there any remedy

no remedy , if they not applied inspite of fully eligible........

I think that date was for the Job fair which was in October 2012. For the campus which will be conducted in March 2013, ICAI will come out with a notification regarding the last date of registration
