Campus placement

same case here...student got cleared in 4rd attempt gets 16lacs package and student who cleared in 3rd attempt with exemption in 4 subject+top 10 firm articleship gets 8.2lacs package...don't what criteria they are following..

icai really demotivate the pursuing students who are hardly working to clear in first attempt....

it can'not be said that individual performance of candidates are appreciated in interview, since 2nd attempt stdnt even does not get shortlisted in a company where 4th attepmt stdnt shortlisted...

icai should think and reply us whether we should study to qualify as a CA or study to get good mark by skipping our attempts... and doing dummy articleship.....
