Freshly qualified Chartered Accountants must be evaluating the various options and avenues available to them.
Campus Placements is one of the top avenue for the same as its a concentration of industies at a common platform giving candidates and companies a good pedestal to interact upon.
However does anyone else feel that the Campus Placements is not actually drawing the desired NUMBER of Companies??
With placements fast approaching only 35 companies have registered throughout India which leads us to two questions-
1, Is the market still reeling under depression and industry doesnt want to hire. OR
2. Industries are hesitant to hire CAs.
Or except the two above what is the reason for a declining interest of industries in Campus Recruitments?
