egm can be called wen dere is requirement of sharholders approval regarding some matter....It can be called by giving pro\ior notice and the notice calling egm has to be approved in the bored meeting....

EGM Can be Call by shareholder if 1/10th shareholder are approve for the same and directore are also Call the EGM for passing some resoluation
