Hey, Anybody can help me. I want to know that if employer provides us the facility of rent free house and he is paying the expenses of repair of house then it will be part of taxable perquisites or not. plz tell me the exact rule.

Repairs on house will NOT form part of Perquisites where employer has provided the accomodation....
