In point no 6 if someone didn't draw wages in last month then only 2 months to be calculated or we can go for last three received ie dec jan and feb kindly guide
Only for this year, if he didnt draw it then last few years average basic if the company is not opted for gratuity, if it opted, then ANNUAL LAST DRAWN BASIC PAY. I am not sure if monthly calculations are there for this scheme
