if there is a loss in company and the share is alloted t share holders during the year on 15-09-2011 tha how to distribute EPS ?

In my opinion you want to ask how to calculate EPS in case of loss
EPS will be NIL in case of losses and other thing is that EPS is not distributed "Dividend" is distributed out of the Earnings available for Equity Share Holders
