Calculation of Diluted Earnings per share

First calculate weighted everage number of shares for full year by multiplying by no of days and devide by no. of days in the year (365)..

 

Sir, my query is : 2.50 crore ccps were converted into 2.1 crore equity shares on 23-3-17. hence for FY 16-17 for the purpose of calculation of Weigh. avg no. of preference shares which amount needs to be considered and till which date.?
And for the purpose of calculation of Weigh. avg no . of equity shares 2.1 crore shares needs to be considered for 9 days (31-3-17 - 23-3-17), right?
