WE ARE AN EXCISE UNIT REGISTERED AS MANUFACTURER WE HAVE GOT AN ORDER FOR WHICH WE ARE PURCHASING RAW MATERIAL FROM TWO DIFFERENT SUPPLIER WHO ARE REGISTERED AS TRADER IN EXCISE.NOW WE ARE ASSEMBLING BOTH THE PRODUCT IN OUR PREMISES . PLEASE ADVICE CAN WE CHARGE EXCISE TO THIS ASSEMBLED PRODUCT IN OUR SALE INVOICE AT OUR AGREED SALE PRICE.

Since you are purchasing the raw material and utilising the same for the manufacturing of entirely new product you are liable to pay duty on it and you can also charge the same on your invoice.

You should pay the duty for value of your manufacturing product only if is liable for excise duty, whether you are using excisable and non exciable goods in your manufacturing.
