CAIIB

As far as i know JAIIB/CAIIB are courses for employees of banks and of other financial institutions which are member of IIBF.  THese courses are not open for non-members.  So u can go for these courses only if u r a banker or employee of other member organisation OF IIBF.

However IIBF offers distance diploma in banking & finance and its open for non members.

CAIIB is a bankers course..those who had emplyment in bank they will do it for further promotions..but it cannot be done by outsiders..

NS Toor is the best. I referred his books for DBF. Check out his video lectures sample on youtube.

But I can guarantee you his guides are good. Very comprehensive and in multiple choice format with ans at end of chapters. Good questions too.
