Cag report

CAG Auditors are resident Auditors more time available for them through out the year when compared to CAs. They also report not material mistakes. When there is two opinions are possible they will report on other opinion.

During Audit CA point out lot of errors and ommisions which are rectified by the Company. Few errors or ommisions escape their attention which are pointed out by CAG.

After CAG Audit if one more CA is appointed for Audit he may find some errors/ommisions.
