Hi all......dearest friends,
       I am very very confused on -which exam oriented -books/notes to follow for self study -for all the subjects of CA Final GR 2.
                       i request you all to help me -as to which source to study for which one -i.e notes or book and which one.
               i request u all to -guide me(only on the basis of the book u people have ur self done -as only then will i be able to take advantage of ur rich experience.)
                  please tell in detail for all sub.

hi buddy,
for the prepration of 2nd group for final, i should say dont ignore ur study material.
for Cost, study material is must as generally 1 or 2 practicals comes from study itself.
for Tax, u can try notes of Mr VVG or go for Singhania.
in case of IDT, try AJay Jain.
for MICS, notes are available, but i think study is pretty ok for that.

i am tijesh, cleared my first group in nov 2006 exam, i want to know which books to refer for 2nd group & which classes should be attend for income tax & costing
pls suggest on my query

Hi
As per my practical experience for the Final 2nd Group.

Cost Management: Study Material, Saravana Prasad, Compilations and Suggested Answers
MIS : Study Material, Compilations and Suggested Answers
DT : Manoharan, if possible suggested answers
IDT: Study Material, Ajay Jain or Vaitheswaran, suggested answers.

If u go through indepth these books and understand the subject sure u will get through ur exams. In fact i cleared my CA final 2nd group by following the above books.
