Already long back the chat utility was there at free of cost. I dont know why CCI is charging for it. Anyway a BIG THUMBSDOWN for it. I thought this was only platform where money was not given a thought. But business is always a business. I mean NO OFFENCE and it is purely myPERSONAL OPINION.
