Ca with llb
Can I do LLB with CA, as I am a CA finalist and I have already completed my Articleship.

You can do it with the permission of ICAI in form no. 112
Yes u can do it. But take permission from ICAI in form 102.
Is it necessary to file form 112 as my Articleship has already been completed.
And if yes, please provide time gap in filling form 112 and joining the LLB course.
See the attached file..See there is written students / articled assistant..so for a safer side I think it should be filled up..
